Good Tidings

Happy Safe Boating Week, everyone - hope you've got your lifejackets firmly affixed and both oars in the water!
Here are some interesting bits of flotsam and jetsam that bobbed past the Good Ship Compass this week.
1. Tides Canada is an organization whose mission is to promote and support financial assistance to small, grassroots non-profit community-based organizations. While you're perusing their website for more info, feel free to check out the multiple job postings currently advertised. (http://www.tidescanada.org/cms/page1315.cfm)
2. Sustainable Community Enterprises is offering a three-month contract for a Restaurant Sustainability Auditor.
3. The Northwest Wildlife Preservation Society needs a Fundraising and Communications Assistant.
4. Partners for Workplace Inclusion are soliciting a Volunteer Career Exploration Facilitator and a Volunteer Computer Technician.
5. Jobline canada is hosting a Career Fair June 25th at the Hilton Hotel in Burnaby (6-9:30PM) featuring employers from the Engineering, Mining, Energy, Infotech, Real Estate, Import/Export, and various trade sectors.
Keep your lines tight and bow and stern well separated, y'all.
