New Crew Member On Deck

Ahoy from the quarterdeck of the Good Ship Compass!

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome aboard and introduce Karen Garland, who has joined the ranks of your trusty Compass crew!




Karen will be replacing Sabrina as lead facilitator of The Implicit Career Search. As a Certified Career Practitioner, Karen is bringing over 14 years experience in the Employment Counselling field to her role at Compass, including Job Club facilitation and True Colours/Personality Dimensions assesment. As a former stand up comic who also enjoys singing and playing guitar, she has a warm, humorous style of facilitating and a sincere desire to assist others in finding their work purpose.
She is very excited to be part of Compass and is looking forward to meeting and assisting clients both past, present and future.
