2. The BCNCC offers "An Introduction to Compassionate Communication" on the North Shore.

In this introduction you will learn:
The underlying principles and skills of Compassionate Communication
Causes of stress and conflict
Strategies to reduce stress and conflict in your relationships.
Catherine Strickland, Executive Director of the BC Network for Compassionate Communication (www.bcncc.ca), will lead this workshop. BCNCC is a network of NVC Trainers, Facilitators and Practitioners offering workshops and classes based on the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) model developed by Marshall Rosenberg at the Centre for Nonviolent Communication (www.cnvc.org).
